Eureka 71B Hand-Held Vacuum

If you're struggling to find an option that picks up some of the hardest elements, it's a good idea to consider the Eureka 71B Hand-held Vacuum. It's something we've personally used for a long time, but there are still people that haven't been introduced to it yet. Today we want to help you get more familiar with this vacuum cleaner.

Our Trailblazer always seems to have broken leaves, pebbles, and tons of other pieces of the great outdoors in it. In the past we would head to the local car wash place and use their heavy-powered vacuums. After all, those little particles always seem to make their way into the most difficult places.

However, this kind of money builds up, especially when you consider the cost of gas going there and back every week. We decided it was time to purchase something to cut down the overall cost. This is how we were originally turned on to the Eureka 71B Hand-held Vacuum. It worked great and did its job, but we were surprised it had more to offer.

If you have a pet then you understand the difficulties with hair shedding all over the place. This can make your upholstery look old, and it can smell some something awful. Any guests that come over are sure to notice it, but with the Eureka 71B Hand-held Vacuum we didn't have to worry about it anymore.

Unfortunately you would think a hand-held vacuum would offer a lightweight approach. This one definitely doesn't feel light. While it's a minor complaint, we consider it to be a little workout whenever we need to use it. The first time you notice the weight will probably be when you're doing the corners of your stairs.

Now, if you have health issues that would limit your ability to lift more than 5lbs., this might not be the right choice for you. The Eureka 71B Hand-held Vacuum only weighs 5lbs., but over time this can make the job a bit harder. Just take it into account, so you know what to expect the first time around.

The weight is due to the 5.5 amp suction and two motors. This allows you to get performance you would normally find in a regular vacuum as opposed to a hand-held device.

Do you or anyone in your family have allergies? Those that do will enjoy the dust catcher offered in the Eureka 71B Hand-held Vacuum. The filter is bag-less and comes with a dust cup. Whenever this is emptied out, we recommend cleaning it. You won't find this difficult, so make sure you do it anytime it's needed.

Another benefit we found happened to be the length of the cord. If you plan to do the stairs with your Eureka 71B Hand-held Vacuum, it's definitely nice to have a 20-foot cord. This way you don't have to worry about plugging it into the wall, doing half the stairs, then taking it out and plugging it into a closer location.

When you're finished using it, the space it takes up for storage is quite minimal. We put ours on the shelf in the laundry room, but you might find a better place for it. The point is: you shouldn't have to move things around just to find a spot for it.

Oh, and while it's great at picking things up: don't try to suck up big or sharp objects. Our son did this a few times (it's his chore now), and motor ended up getting damaged. We were able to get another one though thanks to the inexpensive cost, so it was just a lessoned learned.

In the end, the Eureka 71B Hand-held Vacuum could be a great addition to any home. If you need something for particles in the kitchen, on the stairs, in your vehicle or anywhere else: it's a good idea to learn more about this device. We all want an easy approach to cleaning, and this one was a huge asset to our home. Hopefully it is for your home as well.
